"Walked in and explained exactly what I was looking for. Employee told me they didn’t keep it in stock and was a special item order only. I tried to explain my buddy had just bought the same thing a week before in stock, but he said they didn’t have it. I then walked around the store and sure enough I found it in stock in a completely different section then he showed me where the in stock options were. I showed him and he scoffed and blew me off. He wasn’t helpful and honestly didn’t seem to care. Not the best experience I’ve had. "
"I had bought 2 sets of heated gear. One set fir me and one set fir my husband. He didn’t want his. We went to return it. The pants were never taken out of the bag they came it. The young guys that “helped” me. Took everything out of the bags. Inspect every square inch. Didn’t talk to me when I was trying to talk to him. Made it clear to me there was only a 30 day tine frame. There were 2 other girls there looking over his shoulder looking at the gear. I felt like I had done something wrong. Don’t think I’ll be back. I spent almost $850 in that purchase. I have spent a lot of money there. Don’t think I’ll be going back. "
